Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fans.mov platform ("Service"), operated by Virtual Technology Stack Inc, located at 6166 S. Sandhill Road Suite 122, Las Vegas, NV 89120 ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using Fans.mov, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Fans.mov, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account and Access

Fans.mov uses Telegram for authentication. When you interact with our Telegram bot (@SendMovBot) or access the platform, an account is created using your Telegram identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. There are no passwords managed by Fans.mov — all authentication flows through Telegram and session tokens.

3. Use of the Service

Fans.mov enables creators to upload videos, which are protected using digital rights management (DRM), and share them with fans via Telegram. Fans receive time-limited magic links or authenticated access to view videos in their browser.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Creator Responsibilities

If you register as a creator, you are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights and licenses to the videos you upload.
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Your content does not contain unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcode, and distribute your content through the Service as necessary to provide the functionality you request (video hosting, DRM protection, and delivery to your designated fans).

This license terminates when you delete your content from the Service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service to distribute illegal content or content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the DRM or copy-protection features of the Service.
• Attempt to download, screen-record, or redistribute protected videos.
• Use automated systems, bots (other than @SendMovBot), or scripts to access the Service.
• Share, sell, or transfer magic links or session tokens to unauthorized parties.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Fans.mov name, logo, and all related branding, software, and technology are the property of Virtual Technology Stack Inc or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Telegram (for bot and authentication services), Fastevo (for video hosting and DRM), and Cloudflare (for infrastructure and delivery). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Content Protection Disclaimer

Fans.mov uses industry technologies such as DRM (Digital Rights Management) and other copy-protection measures on a best-effort basis to help protect your content from unauthorized copying, downloading, or screen recording. However, no content protection technology is infallible. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your content will be fully protected against all forms of piracy, unauthorized access, redistribution, or circumvention.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Content protection measures may not work on all devices, browsers, or operating systems.
• Determined individuals may find ways to circumvent protection technologies.
• We are not responsible or liable for any unauthorized copying, downloading, redistribution, or piracy of your content, regardless of the cause.
• The effectiveness of protection technologies depends on third-party providers and may change over time.

Creators are solely responsible for evaluating whether the level of protection offered by the Service is adequate for their needs before uploading content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Technology Stack Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time. Creators may delete their videos through the creator panel or bot.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
